Real Estate Agent.

This course has the purpose of knowing and understanding everything related to real estate and its management in the market, through the use of legal and contractual tools that merit their professional management, in order to implement business strategies to implement the acquisition, sale and rental of properties, managing to meet the housing and commercial needs of customers.

Throughout the real estate agent course, the following learning objectives will be developed:

  • Analyse real estate and its types.
  • To delimit the most common properties for residential and commercial use.
  • Understand the criteria to be taken into account when stipulating the value of a property.
  • Reflect on some practical advice on the maintenance and improvement of real estate.
  • Examine what plans are and how to read them.
  • Understand the property market.
  • Understand contracts of sale, lease, gratuitous bailment, donation and leasing.
  • Investigate investment, amortisation and leverage.
  • Apply commercial and mercantile strategies to favour sales and client acquisition.
